The concept of the video was inspired by English folk dancers, as we follow the journey of an aspiring dancer to performing on the largest stages.
We coordinated with real folk dancers from the UK, with the assistance of motion capture studio Zero Space, and we were able to capture accurate movement coming from the dancers.
In our design language, we aimed to recapture the look of film photography through CGI. The challenge was achieving photorealism in the dancers, using cloth and hair simulation alongside realistic spotlighting to establish the tone.
